An examination and discussion of democracy, its conceptual and historical origins, evolution and questions affecting democracy’s health in 2022.

Our keynote speaker, the Hon Anthe Philippides SC, will be joined by a discussion panel including Professor Graeme Orr, expert in the law of politics, and Abigael Mawby, John Monash Scholar and international lawyer.

After the event, there will be an opportunity to socialise while enjoying drinks, nibblies, and the stunning view from QUT’s Owen J Wordsworth venue.
